(Ankeny, IA) -- An Ankeny bar owner is being charged with sexually assaulting a patron.
Police say on May 21 the female victim told them she was one of the last patrons at Grubb's Pub along with owner, 53-year-old Jason Allen Grubb.
She told police she became scared and ran from the bar, leaving her vehicle behind.
Ankeny Police say the victim was later found nude from the waist down running down a nearby street.
She was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Police say surveillance video shows Grubb putting her clothes and keys in her vehicle before walking back into the bar.
Grubbs is being held in the Polk County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 26.
