(Rock Island, IL) -- A Quad Cities nursing home is being fined for a violation that led to a patient death.
St. Anthony's Nursing & Rehab Center in Rock Island is part of a several nursing homes statewide the Illinois Department of Public Health says were cited, and must pay a 75-thousand dollar fine.
Details of the violation weren't released.
