(Marshalltown, IA) -- Investigators say a man who died after being found injured by the roadside in Marshalltown Saturday was intentionally hit with a vehicle.

Police say Trequan Cosgrove followed 23-year-old Ezra Seymour in his car when Seymour walked away from an argument between the two men.

Cosgrove's vehicle was found with damage consistent with hitting a person. He's facing a murder charge.

His girlfriend, Jaimee Alcaraz-Gutierrez, is charged as an accessory for helping hide the car in her garage.
