Overall Dry And Drought Conditions Are Increasing Again In Nebraska

(Lincoln, NE) – Overall dry and drought conditions are increasing again in Nebraska.

The U.S. Drought Monitor shows severe drought in southeastern and far western Nebraska, about the same as a week ago, but abnormally dry conditions have now spread across the northern half of the state.

More than 67% of Nebraska is in abnormally dry or drought conditions now.

It was 15% three months ago.
