(Des Moines, IA) -- Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is ordering all flags to fly at half-staff on Monday in honor of 21-year-old Navy Fireman 1st Class Everett C. Titterington, who was killed during the attack on Pearl Harbor while aboard the USS Oklahoma. Titterington was among remains that were unable to be identified after the attack and were buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Hawaii. His remains are identified due to recent efforts from the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency. He was from Milford. He'll be buried at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California.
