(Davenport, IA) -- A Davenport man's sitting in jail this morning, accused of trying to ram a police car with his ATV.
Officers say 21-year-old Hassan Houston was driving at high speed, cutting in and out of traffic, and three times drove head-on toward police cars during a chase in downtown Davenport shortly before 1:00 a.m. Sunday, September 8.
Houston is still listed in the Scott County Jail this morning, pending $15,000 bond.
He's due in court September 17.
