Three Council Bluffs Residents Sentenced To Prison For Meth Conviction

(Pottawattamie County, IA) -- A judge has sentenced three Council Bluffs residents to federal prison in a drug case. Investigators say George Rolle, Joseph Winger, and Linda Winger ran a meth ring in the Council Bluffs area last year. The three were arrested after detectives intercepted a package containing meth that was addressed to a Council Bluffs residence. Officers also found more, drug paraphernalia, ledgers, and thousands of dollars in cash in their vehicle.

·       George Ormond Rolle, Jr., 51, was sentenced on August 28, 2024, to 210 months in federal prison;

 

·       Joseph Robert Winger, 34, was sentenced on February 23, 2024, to 140 months in federal prison; and

 

·       Linda Clover Winger, 41, was sentenced on April 25, 2024, to 78 months in federal prison.
