The Douglas County Sheriff is looking for a unknown young man who exposed himself to children while at the Windgate Ranch Park, northwest of 204th Street and West Center Road. They say it happened Monday evening at 5:43. He was described as a white male possibly in his mid-teens.
According to DCSO:
"the individual walked north on 211th Street from the park and was last seen walking eastbound on William Street. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in identifying the person in the image or attached video.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office requests anyone with information regarding this investigation to contact the DCSO Tip Line at 402-444-6000."
