(Tiffin, IA) -- One of the state's fastest growing communities is unveiling plans to build a new recreation center.

The population of Tiffin has quadrupled in the last 20 years, and the city is looking to retain those residents.

Tiffin civic leaders estimate the rec center will cost around 10-million dollars.

Funding will come from the local option sales tax approved by voters.

Public input sessions will be held this fall, with construction to start next Spring.
