(Marion, IA) -- One person is recovering after a knife attack in Marion Thursday morning.
The Marion Police Department says it received reports of the assault a little after 4:45 Thursday morning. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering from knife wounds. Police say a suspect fled the scene before officers arrived. Investigators say they believe the assault was targeted and everyone involved has been identified.
So far no arrests have been made, but police say there's no threat to the public.
