(Davenport, IA) -- A second person is in custody in connection with a shooting at Northpark Mall in July.
Davenport Police say 29-year-old Ricardo Horne of Rock Island is facing several charges including intimidation with a dangerous weapon, and control of a firearm by a felon.
Investigators say two people were transported to hospital from the Mall on July 22nd suffering from gunshot wounds.
One was a 16 year-old who is also facing intimidation, and firearm charges in connection with the shooting at the mall.
