Fatal Omaha House Fire Is Considered 'Incendiary In Nature.'

(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Fire Investigators say a fatal house fire was incendiary in nature.

They say one person was found dead in the house at 39th and Monroe Monday afternoon at around 3:15 p.m.

The Omaha Fire Department says firefighters went to the scene on a report of a possible explosion, and they could see heavy smoke from blocks away.

No other injuries reported.

Both Omaha Fire and Omaha Police are continuing to investigate.
