(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A Cedar Rapids man is in custody and facing multiple charges in connection to a deadly crash last month.
Cedar Rapids police say 30 year-old Spenser Kann was taken into custody Wednesday. Investigators say he was driving the car that hit a motorcyclist after failing to yield at an intersection. 44 year-old Nicholas Cox was killed in the crash. Police say Kann also had an open container of alcohol in his car at the time of the crash.
