(Calamus, IA) -- We now know the name of the nine-year old hit by a car Monday in Clinton County.
Noah James-Schonlan was hit by a car while crossing Highway 30 a couple of miles west of Calamus to board his school bus.
A 15-year-old driver has been found at fault for passing the bus while it's warning lights were flashing.
Noah's injuries are non-life threatening.
