(Davenport, IA) -- A Davenport woman is charged with 11 counts of theft after skip-scanning at the self-checkout at several local grocery stores.
Police say that over 20 visits to several area HyVee stores between February and September, 33 year-old Anastasia Benson of Davenport scanned around one-hundred dollars worth of items when she actually had over seven hundred dollars worth of items in her cart.
Her preliminary hearing is set for October 22nd.
