(Davenport, IA) -- One person is dead after a crash over the weekend in Scott County.
Investigators say the two-vehicle crash was reported around 2:15 Saturday afternoon near the Davenport Municipal Airport. Reports say the two vehicles crashed when a driver heading west crossed into the eastbound lane. The driver of the vehicle that crossed into the oncoming lane was taken to a hospital in Peoria and later died of his injuries.
The other driver had minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
