(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A Cedar Rapids woman is accused of leaving two children by the side of a busy street.
Police say Heather Perez Miranda left the six and eight year-old kids on Tower Terrace Road and told them no one loved them back in June.
According to police the children were not hers, though she shares four children with their father.
She's charged with neglect and endangerment.
