The Nebraska State Supreme Court is ordering the Secretary of State to follow the new state law that gives them the right to vote.

The Secretary of State had refused to implement the new law, saying the law is unconstitutional.

Not so, rules the Nebraska Supreme Court. According to the ruling a requisite number of judges did not find the 2024 amendment to the felon voting law to be unconstitutional snd orders the Secretary of State and election commissioners to implement the new law immediately.
