(Linn County, IA) -- Some voters in Linn County are having issues with their absentee ballots.

The County Auditor's office says they've received several calls about return envelopes showing up at voters homes already sealed.

If that happens to you, the County Auditor Matt Warfield recommends you call to get a new envelope. He says if the seal on a ballto envelope is broken, the ballot will be rejected.

Warfield says nearly 17-thousand people in Linn County have voted absentee by mail so far.
