(Rock Island, IL) -- Rock Island-Milan Schools are improving.
According to the annual Illinois State Board of Education Report Card, the District experienced improvements in the four-year graduation rate, ELA proficiency for elementary and middle schools, and a reduction in the chronic absenteeism rate.
