(Linn County, IA) -- Linn County Auditor Joel Miller says someone attempted to double vote in the county.

He's warning voters not to try to test the system for flaws by attempting things like double-voting.

Miller says that's first-degree election misconduct, a class D felony punishable by up to five years in prison, and he will prosecute offenders.
