Prosecutors will now consider charges against two 16-year olds and a 14 year old accused of an armed carjacking in the area of 66th and Kansas Ave. in Omaha.
A pursuit that began after a Douglas County Sheriff's Deputy spotted the vehicle came to an end early Sunday near 153rd Ave and Blondo Street when Deputies successfully deployed stop sticks to puncture the vehicle's tires.
The three were arrested and taken to the Douglas County Youth Center, while a fourth fled the scene.
At this time, no weapon has been located
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says all three teens have past involvement in the Juvenile Justice System.
