(Davenport, IA) -- Along with races for President, federal and state legislatures, several ballot issues were settled on Tuesday.

In Iowa, two constitutional amendments were approved. One dealing with gubernatorial succession, and the other clarifying who can vote in Iowa.

In Illinois, voters overwhelmingly approved a 3-percent tax on income over a million dollars to fund property tax relief; making reproductive healthcare mandatorily covered by insurance, and penalizing candidates who interfere with election workers.
