Nebraska's Governor is leading a delegation that was to leave Thursday for the Czech Republic and Germany.

Jim Pillen says he and representatives from several state agencies are on the diplomatic and trade mission.

The Governor's Office says Nebraska has more Czech immigrants per capita than any other U-S state, and he hopes to deepen existing partnerships.

The group will also go to Germany, aiming to recruit investment into Nebraska's bioeconomy and promote Nebraska agricultural products.

The pre-Holiday Season trip will last a week.
