Eastern Iowa Teen Left With Minor Injuries After Single-Vehicle Crash

(Linn County, IA) -- An eastern Iowa teen is left with minor injuries after a single-vehicle rollover crash in Linn County.

The Sheriff's Office says they were called at around 2:03 p.m. this afternoon for reports of a crash on Springville Road near Elbow Creek Road, where they found a Honda Accord in a nearby field.

Officers say the car rolled several times before coming to a stop, causing significant damage to the vehicle.

The driver and only occupant, 17-year-old Cayden Noehl of Mount Vernon, was wearing a seatbelt and was cited for failure to maintain control.

Noehl was transported to St. Lukes Hospital where the status of his condition is not yet known.
