(Iowa City, IA) -- Republican U.S. Representative Mariannette Miller-Meeks says all the votes have been counted and she has won the Iowa First Congressional District race.
Miller-Meeks leads by 799 votes after all 20 counties have certified.
That's within the 1-percent threshold for a recount. Democratic candidate Christina Bohannan has until Monday at 5pm to ask for one.
