Miller-Meeks Says She Has Won IA CD-1 After All 20 Counties Certify

(Iowa City, IA) -- Republican U.S. Representative Mariannette Miller-Meeks says all the votes have been counted and she has won the Iowa First Congressional District race.

Miller-Meeks leads by 799 votes after all 20 counties have certified.

That's within the 1-percent threshold for a recount. Democratic candidate Christina Bohannan has until Monday at 5pm to ask for one.

The Iowa Secretary of State's office has until December 2nd to certify election results statewide.
