(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police say the deaths of two people at an assisted living facility in West Omaha is because of a murder-suicide. After a call reporting that a person was down, officers arrived to find two people shot to death inside of an apartment at the Waterford assisted living facility. Investigators say 88-year-old Douglas Van Horn killed 86-year-old Evelyn Van Horn, then took his own life. Police are not saying if there was a motive.
