(Davenport, IA) -- Davenport City Council will vote on a temporary home for Davenport Junior Theater tomorrow.

The city has a tentative deal with Davenport Schools to move DJT's classes to the Davenport Learning Center on Kimberly Road.

As part of the five-year lease, the city would spend between $500,000 to $900,000 to renovate the building in lieu of rent.

DJT would continue to use the theater at Annie Wittenmyer.

The rest of that campus has been sold to a developer for affordable housing.
