Four Des Moines Men Arrested For Burglary At Old Hospital

(Marshalltown, IA) -- Four Des Moines men are facing charges after being arrested in connection with a burglary at an old hospital.

The Marshalltown Police Department says they responded to the 10 block of South 4th Avenue for a report of trespassing at 4:53 a.m. this morning and found evidence that a burglary had taken place.

Police later located and stopped the suspects' vehicle in the area of East Madison Street and South Center Street, where they found property stolen from the hospital.

Investigators determined the men were stealing copper pipe.

56-year-old Darnell Philip Johnson, 38-year-old Mo Say, 28-year-old Moo Soe and 31-year-old Aung Yo Trae are all being held in the Marshall County Jail.

The investigation is ongoing.
