Free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. reportedly has a "short list" of teams he'd prefer to play after being released by the Miami Dolphins last week, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports.

"It’s not entirely clear where that list begins and ends," Pelissero said during NFL Network's pregame coverage on Sunday (December 15) before adding that "the focus for Beckham is to land in the right situation."

Beckham, 32, cleared waivers at 4:00 p.m. ET on Monday (December 16) and is free to sign with a team of his choosing. The three-time Pro Bowler signed a one-year, $3 million deal with the Dolphins in May, but was limited to just nine receptions for 55 yards on 18 total targets in nine games, having made zero starts in 2024.

Beckham began the season on the physically unable to perform list following offseason surgery before being activated for the first time on October 5 and didn't record a single catch through his first three games and 33 snaps. The former LSU standout signed a one-year deal with the Ravens last April and recoded 35 receptions for 565 yards and three touchdowns in six starts and 14 total appearances during the 2023 season.

Beckham was a Super Bowl champion during his lone season with the Los Angeles Rams in 2021, as well as a two-time second-team All-Pro, three-time Pro Bowler and the 2014 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.
