(Rock Island, IL) -- Security measures are increasing at the Rock Island Arsenal.
The base's Trusted Traveler Program is suspended.
You now must have a Department of Defense ID to access the Arsenal, or visit the Welcome Center with two forms of ID and your Social Security number to get a guest pass.
The changes come after attacks on high-profile targets in New Orleans and Las Vegas on New Year's Day.
