(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Two market studies show that as much as 60% of revenues generated by a new casino in Cedar Rapids would come from existing Iowa casinos.

The studies identify Riverside Casino, Meskawki Casino, and Isle Casino in Waterloo as losing the most revenue.

The studies will be reviewed as part of a January 23rd petition hearing against a Linn County casino license filed by casino leaders in Riverside, and Washington County.

The state Racing & Gaming Commission is set to decide on a gaming license for Linn County early next month.
