(Marion, IA) -- A corridor school district says student's personal information was stolen by a hack of a software program they use.
The PowerSchool program is used by teachers, and families at schools nationwide to access grades, attendance, and other information.
In an email to parents, The Linn-Mar School District says their data was breached.
They say they're awaiting more information from the software company on what steps can be taken to avoid issues from the stolen data.
