The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says its Services Bureau learned of threats made toward a Douglas County Court Judge.

Investigators say Geneva Gordon was then arrested on Tuesday and booked into Douglas County Corrections for Terroristic Threats and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

“DCSO is responsible for security of the courthouse complex as well as the judges themselves. Threats to either are not taken lightly and will result in arrest and criminal prosecution,” said Sheriff Aaron Hanson in a news release.
