(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids Community School District is looking to find ways to reduce the cost of their proposed $211-million bond measure.
A new district survey shows only 41% of the community supports the plan to upgrade facilities and build a new middle school.
A recent study by The Economic Alliance showed 55% support.
Neither meets the 60% threshold for approval.
