(Moline, IL) -- Moline Police are releasing bodycam footage from the night nearly three years ago that a woman killed two men and wounded a third when she drove onto the pathway of the I-74 bridge.
On the video, Chhabria Harris fails a sobriety test, and cries "I killed somebody's baby" when police tell her that she hit people, not an animal.
Harris is serving 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated DUI.
Last year, the City of Bettendorf approved a 2.4-million dollar settlement with the victim's families.
Last week, barriers were installed at either end of the pathway.
