(Ottumwa, IA) -- Workers have won union health care benefits following a twelve-day strike at the Keurig Dr Pepper facility in Ottumwa.
The Teamsters Local 238 Union members have ratified a three-year collective bargaining agreement with the beverage company. The agreement includes health insurance plans, guaranteed paid time off, and wage increases. Over 100 employees went on strike earlier this month, demanding a better contract from the company.
