Omaha Police say a fourth suspect is now in custody at Douglas County Corrections in connection with the 2024 homicide of 35-year- old Kyaw Thu, who died almost a year ago after being shot near 45th and Charles Streets.
Police say 25-year-old Kpor Kue faces charges of first- degree murder, criminal conspiracy, and use of a gun to commit a felony.
The three other suspects arrested earlier this month also face criminal conspiracy and first- degree murder charges.
