(Rock Island, IL) -- A former Rock Island County employee is charged with stealing over 900-thousand-dollars from taxpayers.
Sixty-two year-old Leisa Streeter retired last year after working in the County Court Services department for 34 years.
Investigators say she forged documents to open a fraudulent bank account in 2003 and transferred County money into the account which she then withdrew for personal use.
