(NORTH PLATTE, NE) -- A Nebraska man mistakenly released from the Scotts Bluff County Jail nearly two months ago has been recaptured.
Authorities say 52-year-old Harley Salway III was facing first-degree sexual assault, false imprisonment, and a weapons offense when he was accidentally freed without posting bond in late March. On Sunday, U.S. Marshals located Salway in Alliance using drone surveillance.
He was taken into custody without incident and is now being held without bond in Box Butte County.
