‘The Unbreakable Boy’ — NE Family’s Story Nominated for Film Award

(OMAHA, NE) -- A movie based on the life of a Papillion family has been nominated for a national award.

The Unbreakable Boy tells the story of the LeRette family, who previously lived in Red Oak, Iowa, and centers on son Austin’s experiences with brittle bone disease and autism. The film, starring Zachary Levi, is up for the Film Impact Award at the K-LOVE Fan Awards.

Voting remains open through Friday on the event’s official website at https://www.klovefanawards.com/vote.
