(Moline, IL) -- Moline City Council is greenlighting two new housing projects.
Rezoning is approved for a three-and-a-half story 69-unit apartment building on a vacant lot at 6th Avenue and 13th Street downtown.
Council also chose a developer for 40 apartments in the former Moline Dispatch newspaper building on 5th Avenue.
