(Creston, IA ) -- A motorcyclist is dead after leading police on a pursuit in Union County Sunday. An Iowa State Patrol crash report says Creston Police attempted to stop 55-year old Tony Fizer, who fled to Highway 34 and lost control of his bike on a curve.
The report says Fizer was thrown from the motorcycle and died from his injuries.
An investigation by the Iowa State Patrol is underway.
