(Albia, IA) -- The identity of a woman found dead following a fire in Albia last month is being released. The Monroe County Sheriff's Department says the victim was 61-year old Kelly Rea Cummings of Albia.
The Iowa State Medical Examiner's initial autopsy found Cummings died of natural causes before the fire, which destroyed the R.O. Cramer building located on the Albia Square on July 14th.
It's believed Cumming's death and the fire were unrelated. The State Fire Marshall's Office has not found the cause of the fire.
