Arrests Made In Des Moines Convenience Store Shooting

(Des Moines, IA) -- Three men have been arrested in connection with a shooting last weekend in Des Moines that left a man critically injured.

In a Facebook post, Des Moines Police say the arrests were made following shooting at a convenience store in the 100 block of University Avenue Saturday.

Two guns have been recovered by police. The victim remains hospitalized at MercyOne in Des Moines.

Arrested were 19-year old Adam Tennih, 22-year old Antonio Alexander and 23-year old RIckey Meneweather. Meneweather and Alexander remain held in the Polk County Jail. Tennih was released Wednesday morning.
