(Rock Island, IL) -- It's been almost three months since Army Secretary Dan Driscoll visited the Rock Island Arsenal and lawmakers say they still have no updates on the installation's future.
The Defense Department announced plans earlier this year to merge two commands on the Island.
A union representing Arsenal workers says that could result in 400 job losses.
The Chamber of Commerce says the Island contributes about $1.2 billion annually to the Quad Cities economy.
