AG Warns All Nebraska Retailers To Stop Illegal THC Sales

(Lincoln, NE) -- Nebraska's Attorney General is warning all retailers statewide to stop selling illegal T-H-C products.

The office just sent cease and desist letters to 12 stores in towns like Beatrice and Columbus. Officials accuse the businesses of deceptively marketing illegal synthetic drugs, with an investigation also finding felony-level sales of other substances.

All stores have been ordered to comply immediately to avoid lawsuits or criminal charges.
