(Johnston, IA) -- The Iowa Parks and Recreation Association will host its first annual Maintenance Rodeo this week.
78 park maintenance professionals from across the state have registered for the first-of-its kind event. The Maintenance Rodeo will feature events like a zero-turn mower obstacle course, a UTV and trailer maneuver course, a backpack leaf blower course, and a plant identification challenge. The event will be held on Wednesday, October 15th at Lew Clarkson Park in Johnston starting at 9am.
Admission is $20 dollars.
