(Henry County, IL) -- A second request for a new judge by attorneys for the suspect in the disappearance of Trudy Appleby is being denied.

Jamison Fisher was arraigned on three counts of first-degree murder and one count of concealment of a homicidal death in Henry County Court yesterday.

He's accused of abducting 11-year-old Appleby from her Moline home in 1996, strangling her to death, and concealing her body by moving it afterward.

His next court appearance is November 5th.
