(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A new apartment complex is open in Cedar Rapids NewBo neighborhood.
The Loftus Apartments is a $40-million development with nearly 200 apartments and first-floor retail space along 10th Street.
The developers of the land, which used to be an empty lot, received state tax credits for the project.
